an additional charge may apply for any fire that is excessively dirty / blocked due to lack of regular maintenance

Stove Maintenance
(assuming carried out whilst sweeping)

Replacement of glass insulation tape and rope seals - from £35 depending on stove model.

Replacement of standard vermiculite panel fire bricks - from £25 depending on stove model

Replacement of door glass - an estimate can be provided but the exact cost may not be known util the replacement is carried out. This is because the screws and bolts holding the glass can often become seized and may require grinding off, drilling out and holes retapping before new glass and bolts can be fitted.

Replacement of damaged parts must be quoted for specifically dependant on appliance.
